Who's The Beef?

Regular contributor Jim from Chicago emailed me these photos he took of an Ohio Valley Wrestling match back in '07. Jim remembers the match was between Tommaso Ciampa (the dark-haired one) and this beefy fella in sequined shorts, however he can't recall the name of the beefmeister. Can anyone identify him for us?
