Happy New Year! Are you ready for another year of Beefcakes of Wrestling? This year, I'll still be featuring your favorite beefcake wrestlers, introducing you to some new and never-before-featured-here faces, and once in a while, revisiting beefcakes from the the two Golden Ages of Wrestling (the 50s/60s & the 80s). I'll still be doing regular posts like Muscle Monday, Body Shots, Beefcakes In Action, Saturday Selfies, and Caption This! and who knows? I might even come up with a couple of new ones. For the year's first post, here are two new wrestlers who made their pro debuts late last year. I may have featured them only a couple of times, but I think that will change this year because I see big things happening for both of these musclebound dudes. First up is NXT's Eric Bugenhagen. Bugenhagen is a former collegiate wrestler who is now a personal trainer/pro wrestler with his own fitness channel on YouTube. Read more about his pro debut here.
Our second wrestler to watch in 2018 is former pro rugby player Luke Menzies. Born in West Yorkshire, England, 29 year old Menzies caught the eye of WWE in 2016, but visa problems prevented him from working with them and he had to return home. Menzies trained with the legendary Marty Jones and broke into the English independent scene in 2017. You can read more about him here and watch him in action here.
