Katsuya Kitamura is the second Japanese wrestler to be featured on Muscle Monday (the first one is Zeus). This is the first time I'm doing a post on this 6 foot tall, 265 pound former amateur wrestler who turned pro in March 2017. Because of his size and physique during his amateur wrestling days, Kitamura was known as "The Wrestling Monster." These days, he's known as Kinniku Monster, or Muscle Monster. Kitamura was trained by New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) and won the federation's Young Lion Cup Tournament in 2017. It has been reported that Kitamura recently suffered a cerebral concussion (not wrestling related) which may force him to retire. 10 days ago, Kitamura officially left NJPW. For now, we'll have to wait and see what Kitamura's fate will be. Watch some of his matches here: Kitamura vs. Jay White, Kitamura vs. Kawato, Kitamura vs. Tomayuki Oka.
That just small Japanese car, now watch me tear big American car in half.
ReplyDeleteWow this guy looks great.

ReplyDeleteThis. Would love to see these two in a match. It would start with a lot of flexing, a lot of machismo chest to chest shit talking, and a bunch of pec slaps, a lot of tests of strength, and some hot power moves to pins.
