The other day, I came across a video from 1986 of a singles match featuring Stan Lane, best known for his appearances with Continental Wrestling Association and World Championship Wrestling in the 1980s. It got me to thinking why I haven't featured him here on the blog before. Lane made his in-ring debut in 1975 and was primarily a tag team wrestler who held several championships as one half of The Fabulous Ones, The Midnight Express, and The Heavenly Bodies. ReplyDeleteI keep thinking back to Mick Foley's first book and how he described Stan Lane as being a big womanizer (which isn't surprising). Also not surprising that he's still looking great, he always had the genetics to stay looking attractive.
