Beefcake Hall of Fame - Ken Shamrock
One of the legends in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts, Ken Shamrock (real name Kenneth Wayne Kilptarick) was also one of the most popular stars of WWE in the late 1990s. Before his stint with WWE, Shamrock was wrestling for independent companies like South Atlantic Pro Wrestling; at one point, he was even renamed Vince Torelli. I recall a notable feud Shamrock had with another MMA figher-turned-wrestler in the WWE, Steve Blackman (see more of him here); click here to see Shamrock vs. Blackman in a cage match. Shamrock is now 46 years old.
Let's Change Gears For A Moment...
I'm not a big fan of Mixed Martial Arts competitions, but once in a while, I do enjoy watching some of the very painful-looking bouts on TV. Here's a very baby-faced MMA fighter named Frank "The Law" Sedgeman. He's only 155 pounds but he's just as tough as the bigger guys in this sport. And don't discount his size and looks; Sedgeman has racked up 2 wins and no losses or draws in the MMA. Watch one of his matches here and a promo video here.

Danny Jaxx vs. Sonny Siaki
I couldn't find any more photos of recent mystery man Danny Jaxx, but I did come across this TNA match of his on YouTube. In it, Jaxx goes up against Samoan-born heel Sonny Siaki. Watch it here (I love it when Siaki slams Jaxx's head into the steel steps!). Speaking of Siaki, he's quite the beefcake himself.
A Changed Man : Curt Hawkins
WWE star Curt Hawkins (he and Zack Ryder used to wrestle together as The Major Brothers) went from this several years ago...
...to this. Which Curt do you prefer (if any)?

Mystery Man (Updated)
I've had these pictures in my -- ahem -- hard drive for a while now. Can anyone identify this hunk for me? (Update: 1984PutneyMan has identified our mystery man. His name is Danny Jaxx.)
Spicy Thai
Nooie Lee may be smaller than most wrestlers (5 ft. 6 in., 175 pounds), but what he lacks in size, he makes up for in speed and agility. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, (how many wrestlers can claim that?) Lee wrestles for World Wrestling Association in Florida, USA.
Billy Jack Strong (aka Steve Strong)
The first time I came across Billy Jack Strong was in one of those pro wrestling magazines way back in the 1980s. He went by another name then, Sadistic Steve Strong, a huge heel who was powerful and ruthless in the ring. It was only recently that I found out Strong's real name is Steve DiSalvo. This former powerlifter weighed around 300 pounds at the peak of wrestling career; he went by several other names when he wrestled for WCW and WWE. Read more about him here. And check out this video from You Tube where Strong wrestles Tom "Rocky" Strong in 1988 (screencaps below).
