Double Post : Eric St. Vaughn and Sam Shaw

What's better than one beefcake wrestler? Why, two beefcake wrestlers, of course. So here are indie wrestlers Eric St. Vaughn and Sam Shaw. At first, I thought, why should I put these two in one post? What could they possible have in common? And then it hit me. Both men wear similar gear to their matches, i.e., shorts that come down to the knees. Now I know what you're thinking...less is more, right? But then, it's summer, a season when board shorts are a common sight not just in beaches, but in cities as well. So without further ado, here is Eric St. Vaughn.

A Humble and Loyal Valet

How many male valets in pro wrestling can you name? I always thought valets had to be female because their role in pro wrestling was to be the eye candy that the (presumably) heterosexual male fans could gaze upon (and maybe even fantasize about). But here comes Eric St. Vaughn who describes himself as "a humble and loyal valet to the male model Ashley Vuitton." Like Vuitton, Chicago-based Eric is affiliated with Resistance Pro Wrestling, Billy Corgan's wrestling company. I don't think he's actually wrestled yet, but I think his ultimate goal is to be on the roster of Resistance Pro and see action with its other stars. Maybe one day we'll get to see him make his dream come true.

Make Mine A 69

Regular contributor Jim from Chicago attended a Resistance Pro show last Friday night and took these shots of Ashton Vuitton and his "loyal and humble" valet Eric St. Vaughn. Jim says that "Ashton and Eric interrupted the match of Jake "The Snake" Roberts and Raven who were hashing it out in the ring. In less than a minute, Ashton and Eric were flat on the mat and then placed one on top of the other to the fans' chant of "69!" If that wasn't enough, Jake Roberts' snake was let out of the bag." Smells like a feud is brewing. Thanks for these pics, Jim!
