Big News From Lane Vasser

Georgia-based indie wrestler Lane Vasser says the next couple of days are big days for him. On Monday night, Lane will appear on WWE Raw and on Tuesday, he'll be in WWE Smackdown. He doesn't say who his opponents are -- perhaps he'll be wrestling in the non-televised dark matches prior to the main event -- but still, this is pretty huge. Good luck, Lane!

Happy Halloween!

Zipper-Dee-Doo-Dah

Just in time for Halloween comes this set of photos that regular contributor Jim from Chicago took last July when he was in Ontario, Canada. The black and orange costume, the mask -- very Halloween, right? The wrestler you see here goes by the name Zipper. Yes, Zipper. (Is that name meant to be intimidating? You tell me.) Zipper was not one of the featured wrestlers at this event; Jim says he just interrupted a match between two wrestlers and took both men out. Then he left the arena just as quickly as he came in. The whole thing took less than 60 seconds. Very sinister and mysterious! Now if only he'd consider a different costume.

Let's Try That Again

First of all, let me apologize for posting the wrong link to the Hector Garza/AJ Styles match the other day. I've rectified it and you should now be able to watch these two beefcakes in their sweaty, fast-paced bout. Here's another match with Hector Garza, my favorite Mexican wrestler, this time facing a youngster named Jack Evans. Watch it here (and this time, it's the right link).

Another gratuitous shot of Hector's ass.

It's All Greek To Me

Here's Papadon versus Tommaso Ciampa in an ECWA event held in September. Ciampa defeated "The Greek God" in this title match and took the ECWA belt.
