This is American independent wrestler Ashton Day's first feature on BCoW. Originally from Ohio, Day made his in-ring debut with Mega Championship Wrestling in 2017. He has wrestled for several independent promotions, among them Ruthless Wrestling, Premiere Championship Wrestling, and All Elite Wrestling (AEW) tao name a few.

Flex, Flexing, Flexed

A blog reader emailed me a set of older photos of independent wrestler Flex Tolley. I don't have much info on Flex, but from what I've seen on YouTube, he was based in Tampa, Florida and he seems to have been actively wrestling around 15 years ago. My guess is that the photos below are from 2005 (give or take), the time when Flex was fit and beefy. Flex got into competitive bodybuilding and at around 2007, he had put on a significant amount of muscle. Thanks to Gorgonzola for the pics.
