"The Show Must Go On" (Revisited)

Here are more photos (taken by a different photographer) from Pro Wrestling Syndicate's "The Show Must Go On" event held on November 9 in Rahway, New Jersey.  In this first set, Anthony Nese battled Star Man and Alex Reynolds for the Tri-State Title. Nese lost the belt to the clad-in-head-to-toe-pink Star Man.

And now The Big O in a three man tag team match (with his partners The Southside Playaz Club) against Johnny Silver and the brother-tag team of Jobber Justin and Jobber Dustin. The Big O took this match.

Mason and Leo : Round 2

Look what Florida-based regular-contributor-to-this-blog David sent me via email today. Brand new photos of Mason Ryan and Leo Kruger! David took these photos last Saturday night, but it's not the first time he's shot these two wrestling each other.

Below is another set of pics he shot of the two when he first started taking photos of these events. David asked me which of these two beefcakes has held up better physically. Compare these pics from around a couple of years ago with the ones above and tell us what you think.

Monday's Masked Men

I'm starting a new weekly feature called...yeah, you guessed it...see title above. This Monday's masked beefcake is indie wrestler Mega Muerte (muerte being the Spanish word for death, so Mega Death). At first I thought this guy is a luchador in Mexico, but he's actually one of the wrestlers of Powerhouse Wrestling Academy in Connecticut. Couldn't find his stats anywhere online though. Hmmm, I wonder what he looks like underneath that mask.

I wonder what the dude on the right is thinking.

Make Mine A 69

Regular contributor Jim from Chicago attended a Resistance Pro show last Friday night and took these shots of Ashton Vuitton and his "loyal and humble" valet Eric St. Vaughn. Jim says that "Ashton and Eric interrupted the match of Jake "The Snake" Roberts and Raven who were hashing it out in the ring. In less than a minute, Ashton and Eric were flat on the mat and then placed one on top of the other to the fans' chant of "69!" If that wasn't enough, Jake Roberts' snake was let out of the bag." Smells like a feud is brewing. Thanks for these pics, Jim!

"69! 69! 69!"
