Massive Post : Clay Moore

One of this blog's readers (he remains Anonymous) tipped me off to a wrestler named Clay Moore. According to our Anonymous friend, this native of Kingston, Tennessee once did a stint as an Abercrombie & Fitch model before bulking up (that would explain how comfortable he looks posing for the camera). I couldn't find any pics of him as a model nor could I find his stats (age, weight, height), but I did find this article on him which includes some photos and even a video of one of his matches.  Wow, this guy Clay is one to watch! Instead of breaking up this post into two or even three smaller posts, I thought I'd just give you beefcake aficionados a HUGE serving of Clay. Enjoy! (And thanks again to Anonymous for the tip.)

Tyler Bate : Babyface or Heel?

"Junior Beefcake" Tyler Bate has the classic look of a babyface; he's young, blonde, and lean. Promoters can't seem to resist pitting the good-looking British rookie against huge, sadistic heels in matches like this...

But Tyler can also be a pretty despicable heel. Check out this fourway match for Triple X Wrestling held in Coventry last July 7.

He enters the ring scowling (but is the man in the background buying it?).

Tyler favors the classic old-school look.

Heels don't always win.

Evolve with Anthony Nese and Brian Cage

Here are some pics from two recent Evolve Wrestling events. From Evolve 20, here's Anthony Nese vs Samuray del Sol. Nese defeated his masked opponent in this fast-paced showdown.

And from Evolve 22, here's Brian Cage vs Derek Ryze. Cage defeated Ryze in just 30 seconds. Boo! If I paid to see Cage wrestle, I certainly wouldn't want to see him for only 30 seconds.

Beefcakes of Summer : Ashton and Cameron

A regular contributor and good friend of this blog, Jim from Chicago, has been busy taking fantastic photos for all of us Beefcake aficionados to enjoy. Recently, Jim braved the Chicago heat to take these pics of an outdoor tag team match featuring the always popular Ashton Vuitton and Cameron Matthews. Their opponents in this match were Cousin Larry (big dude in the overalls) and former WWE superstar Eugene (aka Nick Dinsmore). Jim says that before the match started, Ashton and Cameron explained to the audience that they were "only friends." The crowd didn't buy it (Why not? Can't two attractive, fit, and barely dressed men be anything but friends?) and heckled them throughout the match. In the end, Cousin Larry and Eugene won. But with Ashton and Cameron pairing up for a match, it was the audience who really won that day. Thanks for these great pics, Jim!
