From FCW to WWE (Updated)

(UPDATE: I did a little research and it turns out FCW is WWE's developmental territory.)
It looks like WWE has scooped up the hottest talent from Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW).

I haven't been following WWE, but it would appear that their rookie show NXT features at least five up and coming wrestlers from FCW: (from left to right) Wade Barrett, David Otunga (that's Mr. Jennifer Hudson to you), Justin Gabriel (formerly known as P.J. Black), Heath Slater and Darren Young (a deadringer for John Cena having a bad hair day).
