The Five Tool Player

A five tool player is a term used in baseball to refer to a player who can do it all; there is no weakness to his game (the 5 tools are speed, power, hitting for average, fielding, and arm strength).  It's also the "nickname" independent American wrestler Anthony Bowens has been going by in his matches; check out his new ring gear which sports his Five Tool Player logo. Watch him in this recent match against Talon (soon to be featured on Beefcakes of Wrestling).  *By the way, in the Labels section of this blog, I haven't gotten around to replacing his old ring name, Anthony Vigilante, with the one he uses now. Sorry about that.

  1. I'm such a huge fan of Bowens. I think he's maintained integrity throughout his successful career. And he keeps packing on that lean muscle mass. He's a beast.

Bruno, since we're approaching summer which is gay pride season, I'd love a post updating us on all the out beefcakes featured on this blog. Maybe even a few allies too. It's nice to see them succeed in an industry which, in the past, has been less than friendly. Obviously this is your blog, so if that's not what you want to feature, that's fine too. Regardless, you do a great job.
