    He does wear trunks now. Unfortunately, WWE does what WWE does and turned him into a joke character that's sapped every ounce of hotness out of his in-ring presentation so...monkey's paw on the trunks, I guess :-p

      His character in NXT seems to be 'Johnny Gargano's dim, easily-manipulated sidekick'. He's entertaining in it and still hot, IMO, but it's understandable that it's not everyone's cup of tea.

      I think Theory could make an impact but he never quite does it for me (even in the indies). The things sticking out for me are he doesn't sell well and he's always doing something weird and new-agey with his hair. Being a joke character ironically gives him more opportunities to sell, but now he overdoes it and still with the weird haircuts. At least he's got trunks now I guess
