From Playboy To Relentless

Independent Canadian wrestler John Atlas has dropped his "Playboy" nickname and persona and has started to go by "Relentless" instead. Why Relentless? Because for a little over a year now, the 32-year-old from Vancouver has had three surgeries to remove nodules from his lungs. His last surgery was in April of this year and it wasn't long after when he returned to the gym to train and the ring to wrestle (you ca see his surgery scar in some of these photos).
