Rewind: Paul Ryker

Today, we revisit former pro wrestler Paul Ryker (aka Falcon aka The Commando). Ryker is originally from Canada, but made a name for himself as a wrestler in the UK. After retiring from wrestling, he turned to acting and modeling. Watch Ryker in this 2014 match against Martin Stone and this match against Sensational George.

The Mainz Event

 This is Filipino-Canadian Steven Mainz's first post here on BCoW. The 25-year-old CrossFit enthusiast made his in-ring debut in 2016 and has been featured on the roster of about a dozen promotions, among them CHIKARA, Canada Wrestling Alliance (Quebec), and International Wrestling Syndicate.
