Most of them have to "job" sometimes, but if calling him a "jobber" means he loses reliably, that would be a shame. When I was a kid I would watch jobbers like Paul Roma (early years), Kenny Kendall, Tommy Angel, and Bob Emory, and it was exciting because I always had the hope they would win, but eventually realized it wasn't going to happen, which was terribly disappointing. OTOH, a lot of the "jobbers" were pretty successful in the Indy ranks, so finding vids of those matches is pretty awesome. Anon.

ReplyDeleteI want all wrestlers to succeed, but in terms of match preference, prefer hot ones to job because they are put in more sexy positions
