Ferris The Heel

Who is Scott Ferris? I came across this match between him and a young Bobby Fulton (see screen caps below) and my guess is it's from the 1980s. I tried doing some research on him but came up with nothing. Here's an earlier match between Ferris and a beefy veteran named Bulldog Bob Brown.
