Those are the stats of FCW/NXT wrestler Lincoln Broderick (formerly OVW's Marcus Anthony). The man is HUGE. And speaking of numbers, I'd like to welcome to this blog its 310th member. And thanks to all you Beefcake aficionados for making the Comments section busier than ever. And to those who've been emailing me their contributions, questions, and feedback, thanks, too! I'll get around to posting your contributions very soon.

From Ohio To Florida

Remember Ohio Valley Wrestling muscleman Marcus Anthony? After his defeat in a Loser Leaves Town match, 6 ft., 248 pound Marcus moved to Florida and now goes by the name Lincoln Broderick. Actually, he was signed up by Florida Championship Wrestling (Is FCW still a developmental territory of WWE?). Anyway, regular Beefcakes of Wrestling contributor David took these recent photos of Marcus...I mean, Lincoln in a lumberjack match. David tells me that Lincoln has been working security at FCW shows, but often gets in on the action as well. Thanks for these amazing shots, David!

What Now, Marcus?

When Marcus Anthony lost to Johnny Spade in a Loser Leaves OVW match in February 1,  the wrestling world lost one more impressively-muscled heel. I wonder what the real score is behind his leaving. Did he retire from wrestling? Was he fired? Or is he simply taking a break and making a comeback soon? We'll have to wait and see. Here are some shots of Marcus from when his OVW days. Wreaking Havoc

Over at Ohio Valley Wrestling, manager Christian Mascagni and his stable of muscle heels are making trouble for the federation and its wrestlers. OVW reports that "Christian Mascagni has started collecting power from the OVW Board of Directors. Meeting and doing business in their off-site offices, Christian acts as the voice of the Board. With this voice, Christian has placed each member of the Mascagni Family into matches as examples to the rest of the roster about the cost of disobedience." Mascagni's Muscle Family

Things are heating up at Ohio Valley Wrestling! The OVW website reports that on their January 25 show, "Christian Mascagni not only managed to secure Rob Terry to his Family, but has managed to seize power over OVW via the Board of Trustees. To begin his reign, he ordered Mr. PEC-Tacular (Jessie Godderz) to face opponent Nick Dumeyer and then interjected himself into official business (as the referee) in the main event (a match between fan fave Jason Wayne and Rob Terry)." After that match, The Mascagni Family, with Marcus Anthony in tow, started making trouble until Mike Mondo came out to teach the cocky heels a lesson.
