From Playboy To Relentless

Independent Canadian wrestler John Atlas has dropped his "Playboy" nickname and persona and has started to go by "Relentless" instead. Why Relentless? Because for a little over a year now, the 32-year-old from Vancouver has had three surgeries to remove nodules from his lungs. His last surgery was in April of this year and it wasn't long after when he returned to the gym to train and the ring to wrestle (you ca see his surgery scar in some of these photos). Flashback Friday: Playboy vs Cowboy

This 2017 match between Playboy John Atlas and Psycho Mike The Cowboy (aka Psycho Mike Rollins) reads like a BG East Fantasy Men match on paper...a narcissistic playboy in pink faces off with a rugged cowboy in a ring. This is actually a Cross Body Wrestling Academy event and it's fun and entertaining to watch. The two contenders don't take themselves too seriously and they look like they're having fun. Will White/Billy Black Is A Winner

A few days ago, in my post on openly bisexual independent wrestler Anthony Bowens, a reader left a comment saying (and I'm paraphrasing here) that, like Bowens, guys might have a chance with Canadian wrestler Will White/Billy Black. I did a Google search on White, but very little about him came up. There's his entry on the Pro Wrestling Wikia site, some match videos on YouTube, and the usual Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. That's pretty much it. I'm not going to comment on White's private life. He hasn't verbally disclosed his sexual preference to the public (that I know of), so draw your own conclusions. But whatever he identifies as, he's a winner all the way! Watch him in action against beefcakes John Atlas here and Carter Mason here. (I'm not really sure why White also goes by the name Billy Black, but it seems like that's his "dark" alter ego/split personality in the ring.)
