I think what I like best about Dean Malenko is his no-nonsense look and style in the squared circle. Unlike other wrestlers with aggressive, over the top, almost cartoonish personas and gear, Malenko was straightforward and natural, a wrestler's wrestler. He didn't have an overly-muscled physique, flamboyant ring gear, or a bizarre gimmick and sometimes, that's what I like in a wrestler, especially one with impressive technical skills.
