Flashback Friday: Air Adonis

There are only a couple of posts on Beefcakes of Wrestling exclusively dedicated to Canadian wrestler Air Adonis  (now going by the name Daniel Adonis). Adonis, now 32-years old, made his in-ring debut in late December 2012 and wrestled for several Canadian promotions until May 2019. He had to put his wrestling career on temporary hold due to an injury, but he may return to the ring sometime this year. In the meantime, you can watch this 2016 mini-documentary about him here.

Beefcakes of Lucha: Esfinge

From Wikipedia: Esfinge, Spanish for Sphinx, (born June 14, 1993 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico) is the name of a masked professional wrestler currently working for the Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) wrestling promotion. He is the son of professional wrestler Magnum and grandson of wrestler "Halcon Furia". He made his debut in late 2009 wrestling under the name "Halcon Furia, Jr.," an homage to his grandfather. In 2011, he was given a new ring identity, name, and mask becoming Esfinge (pronounced ES-fing-heh), a character with Egyptian inspiration. Watch his match against Black Panther here
