Beefcakes of Lucha: Esfinge

From Wikipedia: Esfinge, Spanish for Sphinx, (born June 14, 1993 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico) is the name of a masked professional wrestler currently working for the Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) wrestling promotion. He is the son of professional wrestler Magnum and grandson of wrestler "Halcon Furia". He made his debut in late 2009 wrestling under the name "Halcon Furia, Jr.," an homage to his grandfather. In 2011, he was given a new ring identity, name, and mask becoming Esfinge (pronounced ES-fing-heh), a character with Egyptian inspiration. Watch his match against Black Panther here

  1. Thanks for the pics and esp. for the singles match.

My only complaint about "Esfinge" (and this is a tiny one) is that his ring-entry mask is NOT that of a sphinx (human head on a lion's body), it is the jackal-headed god, Anubis (a name already taken by another luchador). Anon.
