Mike vs. Mike

Here's a late 1990s match between two Mikes from World Championship Wrestling (WCW). Mike Tolbert was on the roster of WCW from 1997 to 1999. As per The Internet Wrestling Database, he wrestled - and lost - all 8 matches in his brief three-year in-ring career. It's too bad we fans didn't get to see more go him. Mike Enos had a longer and more successful in-ring career than Tolbert. Making his pro debut with American Wrestling Association in 1988, Enos wrestled for several promotions from 1990 to 1995 (WCW, New Japan Pro Wrestling, WWE, Pro Wrestling America) before returning to WCW in 1996 until his retirement in 2000. One of this blog's visitors emailed me recently about some 1990s WCW matches on YouTube featuring muscleman Mike Tolbert. Here are screencaps from some of those matches; the first one has Tolbert pitted against Doc Dean, the second one sees him go up against big heel Barry Darsow, and the third one (with Tolbert at his sexiest) has him battling beefy Mike Enos.
