Making his first appearance here on BCoW is Gal Barkay from Tel-Aviv, Israel. I couldn't find Barkay's stats online, but he has photos and videos of his matches from 2018 so I'm guessing he's been wrestling for at least 3 years now. I think that earlier this year, Barkay moved to England and appeared on the roster of LDN Wrestling; he says he's now based in Massachusetts, USA. Watch him in this tag team match from early this year.
Wouldn't mind if he had a bit more meat on his bones, but definitely no "gal" there. And he knows how to pose to get the best pics.
ReplyDeleteI wonder at the background of the name "Gal," considering the name of the new actress playing Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), an Israeli. This Gal obviously have some connection to Israel, given the design of some of his gear. Anon.
Oops! For some reason I missed the "from Tel Aviv" in the post. Still, I wonder at the name in general. I know someone whose name is "Bozo," and I've always thought that if his parents knew he would be living in the US they might have named him "Bob" instead. Anon.
