    He was certainly a real hunk of a wrestler. I never thought he was very comfortable in the ring, especially when he teamed with Jim Powers or he wrestled against Alex Wright.

    As I commented in the post on Tommy Rogers, Roma was one of those standout physiques back in the 80s, when that wasn't so common, and he appeared again and again on the WWF TV programs. These pics seem to be mostly after he became a "star" and his heel turn. IMO he was the most ripped when he was a singles act and up through his early tagging with Powers. , e.g.,

    I also think that his nose got broken at some time AFTER the above video. It is much more hooked in the 90s. Curious if anyone else has noticed that. Anon.

    A favorite of mine. Always loved his handsome face, and his hard muscular body. Sure fueled my fantasies when I was growing up.

    One of my early big crushes... especially like in the clip when he was young and svelte!
    When he teamed with Powers!! What more could you want?!?!
