American independent wrestler Truitt Fields was one of the first beefcakes featured here on BCoW (way back in this blog's first year, 2010). According to Cagematch, Fields (5'11", 240 lbs/180 cm, 109 kg) had a total of 78 matches throughout his five year in-ring career which began in 2006 and ended in 2010. He wrestled for only six promotions; the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) being one of them. Watch Fields wrestle Jeff Lewis in this 2008 match, vs Timber in this CWA Match, and vs Hayden Young in this TV Title match.
With a young Steven Walters |
oh my
ReplyDeleteFields was just awesome and always in shape. He started out in a tag team ("Muscle Madness") in NWA Anarchy with Chad Lail (aka Phil Shatter, Gunner, Jaxson Ryker), but retired when he got married, got a regular job in a Georgia electric company, and had a kid. Anon.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update.
DeleteWelcome. Is Clay Moore in the queue for a retrospective? Anon.
DeleteHe sure is. And some other personal faves as well.
DeleteIs that a baby Cash Wheeler?

ReplyDeleteFortunately Youtube has plenty of his old matches up, and someone has been uploading more match vids over the last year. Anon.
