Let's travel back in time to the (I'm guessing) mid-1980s when wrestlers Rick Rude and Firebreaker Chip (aka Curtis Thompson) were two of the many beefcake wrestlers on the roster of World Championship Wrestling (WCW). Content creator Sean Pford posted their singles match on YouTube and you can watch it
here. |

Curtis looks exceptionally handsome here.
ReplyDeleteThis is from 1991, FYI. Curtis had the 'Firebreaker Chip' gimmick in WCW that year, and you can hear the play-by-play announcer plugging the Starrcade '91 pay-per-view during the match.
Thanks for this info.
DeleteThanks for the post. Always was a fan of Thompson. He was also in Global where his persona was the U.S. Male where he played a postman. Very hot entrance when he would strip off his USPS uniform and be in tiny trunks. He had some great matches with Steven Dane. Thompson also wrestled this gimmick in Southeast where he had a memorable match against Vince Torelli (Ken Shamrock).
