Beefcakes of Wrestling are WWE's Humberto Carillo, Kalisto, and Lince Dorado. Born in Mexico, 23-year-old Carillo is the youngest of the three; he began his in-ring wrestling as Ultimo Ninja when he was only 17 years old. 32-year-old Kalisto, a native of Chicago, Illinois, made his in-ring debut back in 2006. He's been featured on this blog before under the name Samuray Del Sol. Like Kalisto, Lince Dorado is also 32 years old; born in Puerto Rico, he made his pro wrestling debut in 2007.

Samuray del Sol / Kalisto is simply the best and has been my favorite wrestler ever since I watched his match against Phil Atlas 10 years ago. Seeing him flexing his biceps and strutting his stuff during the match made me an instant fan.
