    I'm not sure he could get bigger without starting to look bizarre. He seems to be flexing in the last pic, so it is deceiving.

    Steroid users tend not to have an upper limit on their size (until their health takes a dramatic turn for the worse). It's the reason we'll never see him in the WWE. He's too juicy. And you can tell when he's on a loading phase, because his gut gets big and his bacne gets bad. WWE doesn't want that image anymore. It also might he why they put him in a singlet in Lucha Underground.

    He's definitely not natural (.00001% chance he is). I don't fault him for it and certainly he's put a lot of work to put on so much size so kudos to him for all his efforts.

    He's definitely a bit too big for my liking but he certainly has a presence and I know lots of people love all that muscle. Well, he could be a real life Hulk it seems!

    Agree with the above poster that he might be flexing the last pic so that can be deceiving for sure. But size is his thing so I wouldn't be surprised if he is and does continue to get bigger! 🥩💪

    I don't usually go for the super-muscled body builders but Brian Cage is the exception. The guy is good looking and it's hard to take your eyes off that huge, luscious body.
