Best friends Robbie Rage and Kenny Kaos wrestled as a World Wrestling Championship (WCW) tag team called High Voltage from 1996 to 1998. After their break up in September 1998, Rage and Kaos began wrestling as singles wrestlers. Kaos retired from wrestling in 1999 while Rage retired in 2007. Read more about them here.

If I remember correctly, Kaos (blond) eventually split from the team and later tag teamed successfully with Rick Steiner; the dark one (Robbie) got addicted to painkillers, but eventually found Jesus and turned his life around. Anon.
