Muscle Monday: Adam Maxted

Here's 26-year-old Northern Irish professional wrestler/former reality TV contestant (on Love Island) Adam Maxted. Maxted (aka Flex) made his pro debut two years ago this month and he's already held 3 championship titles (IPW:UK's All England Championship, Big League Wrestling's Tag Team Championship with partner Chris Andrews, 5 Star Wrestling Tag Team Championship with partner Charlie Sterling).

    I'm not really a fan of his tatts either, but I remember seeing a match recently where he hotly got his big muscles worked over good
