Shredded

English wrestler Shreddybek has made quite the physical transformation. Once thick and beefy, he's now ripped and muscular. I think he's never looked better!

    Shreddy's my boy. He's a big ol' nerd. He loves collecting pokemon cards. His channel has more pokemon vids than anything else. But he knows what the fans love. He takes his shirt off and flexes while discussing them. He's amazing, and I hope to see more of him on this blog in the future.
