    He may have wrestled in Hungary, but according to his autobiographical blurb on his Youtube channel he is of Slovak background, and, since much of his work has been in Canada, I am guessing he is of Canadian birth. Anon.

      The symbol on his kneepad is from the Slovak flag, so betting you are correct :D

      See, you were right all along! :-)
      According to the OTHER Slovakian pro wrestler,Markus Mytra (what's happened to him, BTW?), Strange WAS born in Slovakia, and then went to Canada to work in pro wrestling. Anon.
