New to this blog is 33-year-old American independent wrestler J Fowler, the man with the self-proclaimed "Buns of Steel." Fowler stands 5'7" (170cm) and weighs 169 lbs (77 kg). He started his in-ring career way back in 2008 and has wrestled for many promotions including the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), Magnum Pro Wrestling, and Impact Pro Wrestling.
