Going On A Rampage

The Free Online Dictionary defines the word rampage as "a course of violent, frenzied behavior or action." Violent and frenzied can be used to describe British heel Rampage Brown's (here seen crushing his much younger opponent Josh Bodom) style of wrestling. This match was held last December for British Wrestling Premier League. I love how the promoters pitted a bigger, more experienced heel like Brown against a baby-faced wrestler like Bodom. Poor Josh, I wonder if he even stood a chance. (Photos by Tony Knox)

Brown's trunks may be too small, don't you think?

Oh come on! Leave the poor kid alone!

Call Vic Maybe

If so much as one week goes by where I don't post anything on Vic Capri, then I have failed as a blogger of Wrestling Beefcake. Good thing my friend and regular contributor to this blog, Jim from Chicago, emailed me these pics of Capri from his March 9 Chicago Style Wrestling match held in River Grove, Illinois.  Jim writes that Capri and his tag team partner Prince Ali Mustafa "came out to the ring dancing to Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" song. Their opponents that evening were Willy The Bomb Richardson and Hot Chocolate Acid Jazz (there's a name for you!). The match ended when their opponents' manager, C-Red, interfered causing his team to be disqualified and resulting in a win for Capri and Mustafa." Thanks for these awesome photos, Jim! I can't wait to see what you have in store for us next.

I love this photo of Capri!

Moss Is The Boss

Here's one of my favorite wrestlers (I just wish he had more matches...and more pictures!), none other than British beefcake Johnny Moss. Why is he one of my favorites? Look at these photos. Need I say more?

This shot looks like an oil painting.

Hail Cesaro!

A good friend and regular contributor to this blog, David, emailed me a set of photos he took of WWE's Antonio Cesaro (formerly Claudio Castagnoli) in a recent match against British import Adrian Neville (formerly PAC) for NXT. According to David, Cesaro's match was the highlight of the evening. Looking at these awesome shots, I can see why. Thanks, David!

A Wylie One

Here's British wrestler Timm Wylie (aka Wylie) in a match against Rob Erts held last December in Liverpool. If you look closely at Wylie's left hand, you'll notice he only has three fingers. You think that ever stopped him from wrestling and winning his matches? Think again! Go, Wylie, go! (Photos by Tony Knox)

Awesome hip dents!
