Happy Birthday, Joey Ryan!

Today, November 7, is independent wrestler Joey Ryan's birthday (he turns 36). Guess how he'll be spending his special day? Why, wrestling in an event tonight, what else? Have a good one, Joey!

Selfies : Randy Summers and Tristan Archer

Some people love to post selfies on social media. I know there are critics who say this is a sign of narcissism, but I don't mind seeing selfies of Beefcakes like these. Here's Randy Summers sharing some shirtless selfies.

Now here's French wrestler Tristan Archer showing off his chiseled hard body.

Archer's come a long way since he first started out in professional wrestling. Compare his physique today to the one he had back in 2010.

The NXT Big Thing?

Will Tino Sabatelli be NXT's big superstar? It's too early to tell, but this we know for sure, he's already one of NXT's best Beefcakes. The first set of photos here are from a good friend of this blog (and longtime contributor) David. David says that Tino "sports a body similar to Mason Ryan in his first few matches; he comes out, boasts about his physique, then gets taken down by the likes of Bull Durham (his opponent in these pics)."

Chek out those abs!

Thanks for these pics, David! On the same day David wrote to tell me about Tino Sabatelli, another blog reader sent me an email with a link to Sabatelli's Twitter page (click here). Wow, this Sabatelli guy is starting to make waves. Here are some pics from his Twitter account.

So who is Tino Sabatelli? If you ever followed The National Football League (NFL), you might recognize him as Sabby Piscitelli, a former player for Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cleveland Browns, and Kansas City Chiefs. Sabatelli is 32 years old, stands 6 ft. 3 in. tall and weighs 225 pounds. Here are some pre-NXT pics of this wrestler I can't wait to see more of.

Muscle Monday : Luther Ward

In yesterday's Halloween post, there was a photo of a masked wrestler in a red-white-and-blue American-themed outfit whom I couldn't identify. One of this blog's sharp-eyed readers deduced that said wrestler was Luther Ward because although his face was covered, the "Saviour" tattoo on his stomach gave him away. 33-year old Ward (6 ft. 1 in., 240 pounds) used to wrestle in his native Ireland and the UK using his real name Joey Cabray. He started using the name Luther Ward when he worked for WWE/NXT back in 2013.

In other promotions, Ward has worked as face-paint wearing persona Omen. These pics would have been appropriate for Halloween.

Why cover up your rugged good looks?

Here are a couple more pics of Luther Ward. Click here to see him vs Beefcake-y Damien Corvin.
