Muscle Monday : Mint Mike Mitchell

This post's title is the most "alliterative" one yet! Making his first appearance here on Beefcakes of Wrestling, please welcome Mint Mike Mitchell aka M3. Here's how Mitchell describes himself: "great looks, unparalleled athleticism, conquering charisma, and the will to strive for success is all a mixture of what constitutes as being 100% MINT condition. Throw a little neon in the mix and the true colours are EXtremely EXposed. Whether M3 is donning the vanilla side of being the white hot baby face or EXERcising his true colors of neon (with his tag team partner JP, the EXER Guys), M3 will always be the top prospect or professional wrestling and sports entertainment. Attributes such as these automatically mark you as MINT condition and that's exactly what I AM!" Okay, let's not grade him on his writing skills or grammar, instead, let's grade him on his physique and looks. Leave your grade in the Comments section below.

Watch M3 in singles action here and in a tag team match from February 2016 here.

  1. He's ok, I guess - but the conservative shorts and the silly facial expressions turn me off. I wonder how he would look in skimpier attire.

  2. Oh fuck this man is perfect. He gets a solid A here! Two scoops of vanilla and one MINT for me.

(PS At first I was confused this was the man-violating Mad Man Manson, another Triple M)

  3. Thanks, Bruno, for the reference to the Mike Dennis -- Mike Mitchell match. IMHO, the match showed off both men's gifts better than the stills did M3's, and I look forward to seeing more of each man on BCofW. I will also take some time to scour the web for more of each man. I can also live happily with any confusion may arise between MMM and M3.

  5. I like this guy! Handsome, good body.

21/53 matches 1 (M3) vs. 2. A further 13 are "Special". . Matches with more than six parties or more than five members in one party are grouped under "Special". I think that it's remarkable that considering those match types, his Win % is nearly 40 in both categories.

His partner is his physical polar opposite.

His history is a bit odd: 1 match in 1992, another each in 2008 and 2012. Four so far this year, his most recent on 2/27. In 2013-15, he was in 14-16.

He's appeared in World Xtreme Wrestling and Pennsylvania Premiere Wrestling 16 times each. In looking at his matches, I don't recognize the names of any of his opponents.

I hope we see more of him here.

    1. I assume you went through all the matches at the Exerguys Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/TheExerGuysBro/videos

Some of the excercise vids are rather amusing.

I think some of his best matches are the ones before he joined with JP as an Exerguy. There are a couple in which he is the face against fatboy JP.
In the pic above, the muscular partner and part-time Exerguy is Johnny "the Man" Moran, a former bodybuilder, become a bit paunchy. Anon.

    2. I wonder why that big gap and only one match back then? But that's cool he wrestled Brian Christopher. He seems pretty young and ripped now so I wonder what his real history is.

Unfortunately I'm not a big fan of his beard when he has it like in some of his singles matches like those above (and those are the best matches because he's in the limelight! the frustration!)

  6. Yes, notify me. I failed to check it off in my last Comment

  7. I just had to double-check the date for his first match. From 1992 to 2008 is a long gap! It was accurate:

53 16.03.1992. Brian Christopher defeats Mike Mitchell
USWA @ Mid South Coliseum in Memphis, Tennessee, USA

  9. Love Mint Mike Mitchell. That chest of his is just...no words. That being said, I still find his partner Johnny Moran to be more interesting. Moran has just the type of body I look for on a wrestler.

    1. Funny, there are a few wrestlers, like Moran, who are a bit soft around the middle that I enjoy a lot too. Have you seen any of the matches of Bucky Wells? Anon.

    2. I agree those pecs are perfection. If I were Scarface, I'd want to do a line of coke off that chest.
