Muscle Monday : Seth Rollins

  1. The irony of course is that he's currently injured and is out for a bit now. I've heard many stories now that crossfitters have developed unusual injuries. Though I gotta say, I've never been into Black until a couple months ago and he looked REALLY good

    1. I know of several CrossFit enthusiasts who've had serious injuries while working out. It can be pretty dangerous even if you know what you're doing.

    2. I've been too lazy to find out the specifics of what's dangerous about it. It's a shame because the philosophy seems to hit the bulls eye on why we should pursue fitness. The only thing I know is dangerous is doing squats and deadlifts, and some kettle bell exercises which can injure the back if you don't have proper form. The other thing I heard is people have become injured from pure exhaustion by taking workouts far too intensely. But this is all what's in my head and glancing at random article headlines
